How to Reset Novant Mychart Login Password
Forgot Password
- Open the Novant Health MyChart website and click the Forgot Password link to open the password reset form
- In this password reset form, enter your Novant MyChart username, registered email address, and date of birth. Click the Next button and answer the security question. After that, you can create a new password.
Forgot Username
- Open the Novant Health MyChart website and click the Forgot Username link located on the login page. You will see the username recovery form shown below.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address which is on the file. Click the Submit button. You will get your username through an email on the registered email address.
How To Register on Novant Mychart Portal Online
Patients must register on the online MyChart portal to get access to all exclusive services. There are two ways to register a Mychart account.
- Registration through an activation code
- Online registration by verification of demographic information
Registration through an activation code:
- Open the Novant MyChart portal and click the Sign Up Now button. You will find a registration form on the next page.
- If you have your activation code then enter it in the given space. Also, enter the last four digits of your social security number and date of birth and press the Next button.
- On the next page, patients can create a new username and password for their MyChart account. After that patients can set up security questions which will help in resetting the password if a patient forgets it.
- Your registration process is completed and your new account is ready to use. Log in and access any service.
Registration through Demographic verification:
- If patients don’t receive any activation code then they can still sign up on the official website. This process will take more time to verify the patient’s information.
- Open the Novant Health MyChart website and click the Sign Up Now button. On the next page, click the Sign Up Online button to open the registration page.
- You will have to verify your identity through a verification process. After the verification, you will be able to create and activate a new MyChart account.
